The following terms and conditions are in place to keep the little lighthouse, its customers and staff safe at all times HOUSE RULES are available to read on our website and in shop PLEASE be sure to READ and FOLLOW them.​

PLEASE NOTE When you book into one of our classes/clubs you are AGREEING to the following terms:

The little lighthouse has the right to amend these terms at ANY time.

CLASS SESSIONS

Classes are offered as a single sessions, you book and pay your class and receive proof of booking via the email you provided. All class information such as dates/times and class duration will be stated on our website. If we need to rearrange or cancel a class due to an unforeseen emergency we will contact you as soon as possible. We ask that you show up on time for your booking.

DROP OFF & PICK UP

Our clubs and classes are DROP OFF & PICK UP only. We don't offer a waiting area, our seating area is used during our class break. A large parking lot is only a minute away if you wish to stay close, you are welcome to text or call to check in that your child is ok if you have concerns at any time.

We always LOCK the front door once all attendees have arrived for child/adult sessions to secure everyone is safe at all times. Sarah will open the door at the end of each class/session and welcome parents/guardians in to collect their child. If you have any concerns please contact Sarah PRIOR to attending.

CLASS SIZES

Our class spaces are limited and we cannot reserve places, so to avoid disappointment please book in advance to secure your place.

 

CLASS COSTS

Our class costs cover art resources, tea, coffee and biscuits in the adult class/club, and our kids/young peoples classes/clubs cost includes art resources snacks such as crisp's, cookie's fruit and juice and tutor's time.

 

CANCELATIONS/REFUNDS

We can only offer a refund if you cancel and inform us 24 hours before your booked class/club. If you cancel in less than 24hours we unfortunately will not be able to refund you, this is because we cannot guarantee that we can fill your space. However in exceptional medical circumstances and this decision is made at our discretion.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

We take photographs from time to time for purpose of our social media and website advertising these photographs will never be for sale and will be exclusively by and for The Little Lighthouse West Lothian.

 

DRESS CODE

Keep in mind that we do Art & Craft so things can get messy, we do use glue and paint,

so we advise you or your child wear something with that kept in mind.

We ask that parents/guardians arrive to collect their child on timeWe also reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND ALLERGIES

Please make us aware of any medical conditions/allergies PRIOR to attending.

SOUL GUIDANCE READINGS

All readings are delivered with empathy and encouragement with an aim to support, uplift and motivate the client. No medical advice will be given during readings and readings are given for entertainment purposes only, The little lighthouse will not be held responsible for clients decisions and choices that they make. Thank you for your understanding.
